Any costs for these visits will be the responsibility of the individual(s).

The Conference organising committee have a hold on all the accommodation at the resort and bookings will be taken as part of the registration process.

If you wish to book your travel now or in the near future then the indicative program will assist you in planning but effectively if you just want to do the Conference then it will be conducted from 2:00 pm on Friday to 4:00 pm on Sunday.

If you wish to participate in the other activities before and after then you will need to consider the appropriate times.

More information will be available on a regular basis but hopefully this gives you sufficient information to commence your planning – certainly put the dates in/on your calendar.

Aspect Tamar Valley Resort will be hosting the conference and provide affordable accommodation for delegates. Make your trip great and stay an extra couple of days to visit the famous Tamar Valley wine route and popular tourist state. More to come soon.
